I need to replace my mailbox.
If I understood it right from this thread dating back to 2006, we are sutck with buying a replacement from The Mailbox Co.
Is that still true?
Thanks!
Arturo

Karl Chakford explained the following - although we are no longer using the 4-digit community gate code, because it was causing a security issue, residents do have some alternatives:

1: If the service person/company has a key to the house you can buy them a gate card for $10

2: If they are a known company they can fax on their corporate letterhead a request for a gate code and we will set one up and fax it back to them.

I have a very dear friend who is retired IBM and offers computer services in your home, over the phone or he will pick-up and deliver.  He is honest to a fault, completely trustworthy, kowlegable and fair.  He can be reached at 561-945-1079. Smiley

I don't know if anyone else saw them this past weekend but I want to thank Barbara Magee and Eric Motto (there might have been others but these are the only 2 that I saw) for sitting at the gate in their cars for hours to alert people that there was a new gate code.

This assisted residents and guests in avoiding frustration and possible gate damage - thanks to all of you who assisted in this effort - whomever had the idea to be pro-active with the gate code changing ( plenty of front-entrance signs too!) should also be commended.

Thank you, Michael Prokop

UPDATE:

I am leading a Beginner/Gentle Yoga class on Wednesday evenings at 7:30PM; and a class on Saturday mornings at 10:00AM which is appropriate for all levels. The fee is $10 per class, or 6 classes (paid in advance) for $48. This is a considerable savings over local yoga studios, who typically charge $15.00 or more for a 1-hour yoga class. Both classes are 1 hour in length, and you will need to bring a yoga mat and towel. If anyone is interested in attending, please contact me at 561-271-5355 or send an e-mail to: marcylynnk@yahoo.com

I would like to thank the Board members, and those residents present at last night's meeting, for all your support in my efforts to offer Yoga classes for the residents of Coral Trace.

I am asking anyone interested to please contact me: marcylynnk@yahoo.com or 561-271-5355.

I offer 2 classes per week at a cost of $10.00 per class, or 6 classes (paid in advance) for $48.00.  This is a considerable savings over local yoga studios, who typically charge $15.00 or more for a 1-hour yoga class. Thanks again for your support. Namaste, Marcy
