Need Assistance

I would greatlly appreciate any assistance.  Microsoft has already confirmed I have a hacker.  Every time I delete the programs they come back.  I don't expect anyone to do it for free, just let me know how much you will charge.  I need someone who knows programming because I've already had three people here attempting to just download spyware, but that won't work.  My system has gone back to HP twice and come back factory fresh, I've done destructive recoverys and each time the programs still come back.  Please call me at 330-2642 as I have trouble with this forum also.  Thanks and I hope everyone enjoys their Holidays!.

My computer just crashed on January 1st - HAPPY NEW YEAR!  I found a fantastic place just across Atlantic Avenue from us that can do just about anything and they charge very little.  Total Ink is located in the shopping center by Walgreens (Congress & Atlantic).  At first they appeared to be a toner recycling center, but on further investigation, they build and fix computers.  They also do house calls....

I hope they can help!

P.S.  Whatever you do, do not contact a Jeffrey Fostoff.....we had him out first and for $150, he damaged my network card and DID NOT fix my computer.  UGH!  The other guys totally got me up and running for $100.
