Our HOA online discussion forum will facilitate communications with our Officers, Directors and Committee Chairs. To participate, first Register in the Forum, create a username and password and provide a valid email address (you can opt to keep this hidden). You should receive an email to validate your registration - click on this then you'll be registered. Now, you can login using the username and password you set up for yourself.
Also:
- You can make your screen name different from your actual username in your Profile section.
- You can add your name and/or address in the "personal" section of your Profile if you wish. You can also select an avatar (little picture; mine is my dog).
- Convenient feature:
Notification. You can click the "Notify" button next to any discussion board or topic about which you'd like to be emailed when a new topic is posted. The software allows you to do this by individual board so you must do it for all, if you want to receive an email when anything new is posted.
You can post a note to the General Discussion Board, which a Director will reply to, or you can post a note to the individual Committees, and the chairperson of the committee will respond.
You can indicate pleasure or displeasure with the little smiley icons provided. But, please keep the tone of this discussion forum friendly and positive. Your webmaster will delete or edit any posts that are rude or have nasty undertones; this is a moderated forum. Don't forget that Coral Trace volunteers and other residents are reading your notes and please respect their feelings and their work on behalf of us all. We want this to be a kinder, gentler place that helps our residents get what they need in a respectful but effective manner.
