The Landscaping Committee is charged with the overall care of our plant material, determine what maintenance must be done to keep our properties in top condition. This would include irrigation, fertilizer, grass cutting, shrubbery trimming, tree trimming, and other things. This Committee would also be charged with new and replacement plantings. While this may sound like a daunting task, we have vendors already doing the above-mentioned work. While this is still a work-in-progress, the Committee, in conjunction with the Board, would firm up their responsibilities. The Board will put into writing the responsibilities of being on a Committee. All volunteer Boards will operate with integrity and for the benefit of all homeowners.
