Coral Trace is a beautiful, vibrant, and friendly gated community of 282 villa-style homes that is accessed via a landscaped entry boulevard located off of W. Atlantic, near Congress Ave., within two miles of downtown Delray Beach FL.

Our Clubhouse includes an exercise room, game room, card room and spacious social room with kitchenette. Outside are two lighted private tennis courts, a swimming pool, sundeck and outdoor spa.

Our Homeowner’s Association is active and caring. We work together to strengthen and beautify our community. We have several committees that plan activities related to both our general upkeep, and our social good.
