Interviews: The Welcoming Committee needs at least 30 days to receive and review the paperwork.  NO MORE TURN-AROUND INTERVIEWS.  MAKE YOUR CLOSING DATE THAT WILL ACCOMMODATE GETTING AN ESTOPPEL AND APPEARANCE WITH THE WELCOMING COMMITTEE.  You need a signed form from the Committee for closing.
